Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or a city commuter, this class will help increase core strength and flexibility, as well as target the key muscles that become tight after a long time spent in the saddle. Not only will you feel the physical benefits, but the breath work integrated into the class will teach you how to keep calm in physically stressful situations. So come and join me for an hour of specific yoga poses that will no doubt compliment your training and help improve your all-round cycling experience!

€15 drop-in or €65 for five sessions.
