Studio classes can be booked via the studio website. The following information refers to my online classes, which can be booked through Momoyoga using the links below. Once you create an account you will then be able to purchase class passes, with a card or via PayPal, and sign up to your chosen class.

Please sign up at least 30 minutes prior to the start time to make sure you receive the link to the Zoom meeting.

NB: If you are not able to attend a class, but would still like to practise, there is now the option to request the recording

19:00 — Yoga4Cyclists (45)
A slow flow and stretch session designed with cyclists in mind, but beneficial to anyone. We will target the key muscles affected by cycling to improve strength and flexibility, as well as work on core and upper body conditioning. Breathing exercises are also incorporated into the class to help promote recovery.

19:00 — Rocket® 1 Flow ***SPECIAL [11.08.21] (75)
The Rocket® 1 routine is a fun and dynamic sequence based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system. With a strong focus on the breath, we’ll flow through sun salutations, standing and seated poses, as well as play with various inversions. Prepare to be challenged, but leave feeling balanced and energised.


10:30 — Silver Fox Yoga (45)
The perfect class for stiffer bodies that are a little less able. We move with the breath and work on stretching, balance, and mobility. We make use of lots of props and include some meditation, as well as a restful savasana at the end of the session. Not only for silver foxes, but for anyone who wants to take things nice and slow.
