Online classes are delivered via Zoom. The link will be emailed to you shortly before the start of class; we recommend you sign up at least 30 minutes prior to the session.
Payments are made via PayPal — in the ‘Add a note’ section, please say which class you are signing up for + your email address (if different to your PayPal one).
NB: If you are not able to attend, but would still like to practise, you can sign up as normal and I will send you the recording! Just remember to mention it at the payment stage ツ
18:00 — Yoga4Cyclists (45)
A slow flow and stretch session designed with cyclists in mind, but beneficial to anyone. We will target the key muscles affected by cycling to improve strength and flexibility, as well as work on core and upper body strengthening. Breathing exercises are also incorporated into the class to help promote recovery.
17:00 — Silver Fox Yoga (45)
The perfect class for stiffer bodies that are a little less able. We move with the breath and work on stretching, balance, and mobility. We make use of lots of props and include some meditation, as well as a restful savasana at the end of the session. Not only for silver foxes, but for anyone who wants to take things nice and slow.
09:30 — Rocket® 1 (75)
A fast-paced, dynamic, and fun(!), flow based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system. Suitable for beginner and experienced yogis alike; students can modify and make their own interpretation of the traditional asana (poses). Leave feeling energised and ready for your weekend.
