Yoga for Cyclists

Specific yoga poses/stretches designed to help cyclists.

Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or a city commuter, this class will help increase core strength and flexibility, as well as target the key muscles that become tight after a long time spent in the saddle. Not only will you feel the physical benefits, but the breath work integrated into the practice will teach you how to keep calm in physically stressful situations. So come and join me for a well-spent 45 minutes that will no doubt compliment your training and help improve your all-round cycling experience!
